Aoa. I am real estate agent , i am facing problem on commission. Tenants/Landlords agree to pay my commission but when the deal is done they are refusing to pay. Kindly guide me , how can i get my commission?
Wasalam_ My opinion is that make it clear to the clients that you will charge them, when the deal is done. In case, if deal is not done you can pay back their money.
