RDA Big Operation against Blue World City Islamabad - Current Update
The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has launched a massive operation against three unlicensed building plans in the area as a crucial step to stop unauthorized home developments. Blue World City, Avalon City, and Abdullah City are among the projects that are being targeted.
RDA launched operations against four illegal societies in Pakistan, because of the Co-operative Societies Act, of 1925.
Mainly, these housing societies were demolished under the Cooperative Act 1925 of Pakistan. However; these housing projects are declared as illegal schemes whether they have the upper hand in Pakistan's growth in the real estate sector.
The authority had previously taken legal action against marketing firms that had promoted illegal housing developments. Before making any investments, residents and prospective buyers are urged to exercise caution and confirm the legality of any housing development.
To safeguard the public's interests, the RDA continues to keep an eye on developments and take appropriate measures against them.
