International standard Cricket and Football Stadiums to be build in islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board has approved the construction of an international-standard football stadium in Islamabad. (According to a news source) 

The new cricket Stadium in Pakistan is establishing new boundaries in sports, especially cricket, and football, apart from those sports enthusiastic people CDA Planned to develop a new horizon for its citizen with a new dramatic construction that becomes one of the best and biggest stadiums in Pakistan.

The board ruled that rainwater collection is required for all residential and commercial buildings in Islamabad. Prior to the approval of any building plans, it was decided that a water recharging well and tank must be constructed.


The CDA Board also adopted the rules and regulations for strengthening the Sanitation Directorate and Environment Wing, giving them permission to levy fines and penalties. The CDA Chairman was given freedom by the Board to select the fee.

The board also approved the amendments to the 2002 ICT Building Control By-Laws Regulation. Building regulations have also been approved for the construction of the IJP and Murree Road.

The board also recommended that 5% of income be kept in these accounts and approved the establishment of the CDA Pension Fund and Endowment Fund.
