FDA Lauched Smart Card System for Property owners
FAISALABAD: By starting to issue smart cards to owners of residential and commercial property under the authority's control, the Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has significantly advanced digitization.
This program strives to maintain the security and safety of property files and eliminate any chance of fraud, forgery, or document manipulation.
The FDA's Operation Director, Qaseem Alvi, offered information about the smart cards' features, emphasizing to the cards have cutting-edge security measures to guard property files against unauthorized access or misuse.
He continued by saying that the digitalization of plot files will ensure the safety of all data in the event of theft, fire, or other calamities.
Property owners won't need to rely on physical documents for ownership proof or verification when using smart cards because the smart cards will act as a secure digital record.
Because it will increase openness and accountability in real estate transactions, the move forward digitization of records is anticipated to have a favorable effect on the real estate industry as a whole.
