DHA UAE Group Signs MoU for Golf View Villas in DHA City Karachi
ISLAMABAD: The Defence Housing Association (DHA) Karachi and the office of Dubai Royal Family Member Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to build ultra-luxurious golf view villas that look out over the recently finished golf course at DHA City Karachi.

Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum is a member of the Dubai Royal Family and resides in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The office is creating an 1100 MW Green Hydrogen project through Oracle Energy, a London-based firm that is listed on the AIM market. The office and the Ministry of Health (MOH) are working together to create Pakistan's first-ever plasma products in the health sector. The current bilateral relationship between the two friendly nations would be further strengthened thanks to this strategic cooperation between DHA City Karachi and Pakistan. As a result, the economy will flourish, more jobs will be created, and the real estate market will rise, especially in D.H.A. City Karachi.
