According to the company's financial statement submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Attock Cement Pakistan Limited has agreed to sell its investment in the Saqr AI-Keetan cement grinding mill in Iraq. (According to a news source)

Three months after the contract is signed, the first tranche of US$ 11.7 million will be paid. The second tranche of US$ 5.85 million will be paid 15 months later, and the third and final tranche of US$ 5.85 million will be paid three months after the second tranche.

As of December 2022, Attock Cement Pakistan Limited owned 60% of the US$ 18.1 million foreign business. The mill can produce 0.9 million tonnes per year.
